The Heaven Beach Resort & Art Hotel offers sea views and beach front views with 18 rooms in Koh Phayam. It’s located in the heart of Ao Kao Kwai. Our deluxe Koh Phayam bungalows carry the theme of blue and white. Although the bungalows are less than 10 meters from the beach, sitting comfortably on the porch, sipping cocktails, relax and taking in the spectacular sunsets.

Our Policy
Term of Cancellation Agreement.
Any cancellation the refund we will deduct 10% of Booking fee + 10% bank ís fee.
- 60 days before check in date will be charge 20% of Booking.
- 30 days before check in date will be charge 50% of Booking.
- LESS than 15 day before check in date we not refund.
In case if you fail to show up before 6:00 p.m. on check-in date WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, we have the right to cancel your reservation and your deposit for first 3 nights will be Non-refundable.
Term of Change Your Reservation.
in case early departures in between first 3 nights. Your deposit for first 3 nights will be Non-refundable.
- All rate are subject to change without prior notice.
- Any change or request must contact us by e-mail with reference booking ID only, at least 10 days before check-in date, after this we will charge you 100% from your booking.
